You’ll resolve complex technical issues, generate actionable reports, and ensure client systems are secure and optimized.
Responsibilities
Resolve advanced IT issues (e.g., server outages, network bottlenecks, application errors).
Utilize ConnectWise Automate and RMM to monitor endpoints, apply patches, and deploy security measures (e.g., EDR, MFA).
Create and analyze Automate reports and views to track system health, patch compliance, and ransomware protection status.
Strengthen client security by mitigating phishing threats, securing backups, and addressing vulnerabilities (e.g., CVE-2024-1709, CVE-2025-3935).
Deliver clear, professional support to clients like law firms and medical practices, building trust with non-technical stakeholders.
Manage high-priority tickets, document resolutions, and contribute to client-facing reports (e.g., Power BI dashboards).
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year working with ConnectWise Automate and RMM, plus 2-4 years in IT support or system administration, preferably with small businesses.
